At TEGERNSEE WORLD, there is no age limit for any of the play areas, which can be used by children 4 years and older. For the little ones there is a toddler area.

In TEGERNSEE MAGIC there are age restrictions in some areas (see next point).
 

To ensure a safe stay, there are minimum heights for some of the attractions at TEGERNSEE MAGIC. You must be at least 140 cm tall to use these attractions. These include the "Weissach Warrior" course, the "Hi Hupfer" trampoline area, the "Yullbe" VR experience and the "Hohe Luft" high ropes course. The high ropes course is for children with a height of 125 cm or more and accompanied by an adult.

For the 5D cinema you should be at least 130 cm tall. 

Yes, the TEGERNSEE PHANTASTISCH indoor playground is suitable for all age groups! Whether you come alone, with friends or as part of a company party or team event, the indoor playground offers fun, exercise and exciting activities for adults and children alike

There are parking spaces directly in front of Tegernsee Phantastisch (subject to a charge).

There are plenty of lockers available. These are free of charge. We ask you to put on clean shoes with white soles before entering the hall. Street shoes and bags can be safely locked in here.

For an enjoyable visit to the TEGERNSEE PHANTASTISCH indoor playground, we recommend comfortable, sporty clothing and trainers so that you can enjoy all the attractions to the full. Please bring clean shoes with white soles and and stopper socks (if you plan to use the trampoline). For safety reasons, the high ropes course should be entered without jewelry and with robust sneakers.

The Tegernsee Phantastisch indoor playground is weatherproof as it is completely covered. This means you can enjoy an unforgettable time at Lake Tegernsee even when it's raining or the weather is bad – whether with children or on your own, the attractions are available in all weathers! Perfect for activities when it's raining or for a visit to Lake Tegernsee when the weather is bad.

Yes, most of the information in TEGERNSEE MAGIC is bilingual.

Children up to and including the age of 12 require an accompanying person, from the age of 13 they may enter alone.

There is no childcare available. However, there are staff members on site to help with any questions or concerns.

The attraction is accessible with strollers, but we recommend leaving them in our stroller parking lot to avoid tripping hazards.

Yes, these are available in sufficient numbers.

The attractions are all accessible with a wheelchair, but not all attractions can be used with a wheelchair.

Of course there are first aiders on site and a first aid room.

We recommend that you clarify in advance with your doctor which attractions can be used. You can find an overview of our attractions here. 

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at Tegernsee Phantastisch. The only exception is in the Gardone restaurant area.

Admission tickets can also be purchased on site. However, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to ensure that you can visit TEGERNSEE PHANTASTISCH on your desired day and at your desired time.

School classes and groups are very welcome. We are happy to make an individual offer for larger groups and companies.

Vouchers can be ordered in the voucher shop on the homepage.

Tickets are only transferable before redemption.

Unfortunately, cancellation or return of online tickets is not possible.

"Gardone" is our Italian restaurant, where you can enjoy wonderfully fresh stone-oven pizzas and all kinds of delicious Italian specialties. The Terrazza in Tegernsee Phantastisch has a smaller but still very appealing offer for the guests of Tegernsee Phantastisch. The restaurant seats 60 people inside, while the large sun terrace with a view of the Wallberg also seats 60. There are also 74 additional seats in the Terrazza on the inside terrace.

The Gardone is open to all guests, even without visiting the Tegernsee Phantastisch.
