General Questions

From which age is the adventure world suitable?
At TEGERNSEE WORLD, there is no age limit for any of the play areas, which can be used by children 4 years and older. For the little ones there is a toddler area.
In TEGERNSEE MAGIC there are age restrictions in some areas (see next point).

Is there a minimum height requirement for any of the attractions?
To ensure a safe stay, there are minimum heights for some of the attractions at TEGERNSEE MAGIC. You must be at least 140 cm tall to use these attractions. These include the "Weissach Warrior" course, the "Hi Hupfer" trampoline area, the "Yullbe" VR experience and the "Hohe Luft" high ropes course. The high ropes course is for children with a height of 125 cm or more and accompanied by an adult.
For the 5D cinema you should be at least 130 cm tall.

I do not have any children, can I still enter?
Of course, the attraction is made for all age groups.

Are there baby changing facilities?
Yes, these are also provided.

Where are the parking areas?
There are parking spaces directly in front of Tegernsee Phantastisch (subject to a charge).

Is it possible to get there by public transportation?

Are there locker facilities?
There are plenty of lockers available. These are free of charge. We ask you to put on clean shoes with white soles before entering the hall. Street shoes and bags can be safely locked in here.

Which clothing is best suited for a visit to Tegernsee Phantastisch?
We recommend comfortable or sporty clothing and sneakers so that you can enjoy all the attractions at Tegernsee Phantastisch without any worries. Please bring clean shoes with white soles and stopper socks (if you plan to use the trampoline). For safety reasons, the high ropes course should be entered without jewelry and with robust sneakers.

Is there a store?
Yes, at the end of the experience you will arrive at our store with various items that will remind you of your visit to Tegernsee Phantastisch.

Is the attraction weather-dependent?
Tegernsee Phantastisch is not dependent on the weather, as it is completely indoor.

Are the explanations in German and English?
Yes, most of the information in TEGERNSEE MAGIC is bilingual.

Do children need an accompanying person?
Children up to and including the age of 12 require an accompanying person, from the age of 13 they may enter alone.

Is there childcare available?
There is no childcare available. However, there are staff members on site to help with any questions or concerns.

Can strollers be taken inside?
The attraction is accessible with strollers, but we recommend leaving them in our stroller parking lot to avoid tripping hazards.

Are there gender-neutral restrooms?
Yes, these are available in sufficient numbers.

Is Tegernsee Phantastisch accessible with a wheelchair?
The attractions are all accessible with a wheelchair, but not all attractions can be used with a wheelchair.

Is there first aid on site?
Of course there are first aiders on site and a first aid room.

I have a slipped disc, can I still do all the activities?
We recommend that you clarify in advance with your doctor which attractions can be used. You can find an overview of our attractions here.

What are the opening hours of Tegernsee Phantastisch?

Please note that the 'Hohe Luft' high ropes course is not permanently staffed. Please pay attention to the specified climbing times on site.

Is it possible to buy tickets on site?
Admission tickets can also be purchased on site. However, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to ensure that you can visit TEGERNSEE PHANTASTISCH on your desired day and at your desired time.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Are there special offers for groups/school classes?
School classes and groups are very welcome. We are happy to make an individual offer for larger groups and companies.

Are there vouchers available?
Vouchers can be ordered in the voucher shop on the homepage.

Are the tickets transferable?
Tickets are only transferable before redemption.

Eating and drinking

Can I buy food and drinks on site? Is there catering on site?
"Gardone" is our Italian restaurant, where you can enjoy wonderfully fresh stone-oven pizzas and all kinds of delicious Italian specialties. The Terrazza in Tegernsee Phantastisch has a smaller but still very appealing offer for the guests of Tegernsee Phantastisch. The restaurant seats 60 people inside, while the large sun terrace with a view of the Wallberg also seats 60. There are also 74 additional seats in the Terrazza on the inside terrace.

Can you only go to Gardone as a guest of Tegernsee Phantastisch?
The Gardone is open to all guests, even without visiting the Tegernsee Phantastisch.
