General Questions

Families and children

  • At TEGERNSEE WORLD, there is no age limit for any of the play areas, which can be used by children 4 years and older. For the little ones there is a toddler area.

    In TEGERNSEE MAGIC there are age restrictions in some areas (see next point).

  • To ensure a safe stay, there are minimum heights for some of the attractions at TEGERNSEE MAGIC. You must be at least 140 cm tall to use these attractions. These include the "Weissach Warrior" course, the "Hi Hupfer" trampoline area, the "Yullbe" VR experience and the "Hohe Luft" high ropes course. The high ropes course is for children with a height of 125 cm or more and accompanied by an adult.

    For the 5D cinema you should be at least 130 cm tall. 

  • Yes, these are also provided.

  • Children up to and including the age of 12 require an accompanying person, from the age of 13 they may enter alone.

  • There is no childcare available. However, there are staff members on site to help with any questions or concerns.

  • The attraction is accessible with strollers, but we recommend leaving them in our stroller parking lot to avoid tripping hazards.

Eating and drinking

  • "Gardone" is our Italian restaurant, where you can enjoy wonderfully fresh stone-oven pizzas and all kinds of delicious Italian specialties. The Terrazza in Tegernsee Phantastisch has a smaller but still very appealing offer for the guests of Tegernsee Phantastisch. The restaurant seats 60 people inside, while the large sun terrace with a view of the Wallberg also seats 60. There are also 74 additional seats in the Terrazza on the inside terrace.

  • The Gardone is open to all guests, even without visiting the Tegernsee Phantastisch.
