General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Online Ticket Sales

1. Scope of Application These online booking terms apply to the online sale of admission tickets (Online Tickets) for self-printing or digital presentation (smartphone/tablet). They supplement the House Rules posted on-site and the general terms and conditions of Tegernsee Phantastisch.

2. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract 2.1 Orders are placed via the website tegernsee-phantastisch.axess.shop. By clicking the button "COMPLETE PAID ORDER," the customer submits a binding offer. 2.2 The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the successful transaction in the browser and the simultaneous delivery of the confirmation email.

3. Payment Methods 3.1 Payment can be made via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, and common mobile payment services (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay). 3.2 For credit card payments, authentication via the 3-D Secure process may be required. 3.3 A booking is only possible if the selected payment method has sufficient funds/coverage.

4. Provision of Online Tickets 4.1 Delivery is exclusively digital via email as a PDF document or wallet link. No physical tickets will be sent by post. 4.2 The ticket must be presented at the entrance either in a clearly legible printed form (A4) or in digital form on a mobile device. 4.3 The ticket entitles the holder to a one-time entry on the booked visit date within the specified time slot. The ticket expires once the visitor leaves the attraction or the time slot ends.

5. Prices and Discounts 5.1 All prices are final prices including VAT. No booking fees apply. 5.2 For discounted tickets (e.g., for people with disabilities), proof of eligibility must be presented voluntarily at the entrance. If proof is not provided, the difference to the regular price must be paid. 5.3 Children under the age of 12 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult supervisor. 5.4 Online tickets cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotions.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation 6.1 Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services related to leisure activities that provide for a specific date or period. 6.2 Online tickets are date-specific and are generally excluded from exchange or return. No cash refunds are possible.

7. Prohibition of Resale The commercial or professional resale of tickets is prohibited. Specifically, it is forbidden to offer tickets on auction platforms (e.g., eBay) or secondary market portals. Violations will result in the cancellation of the ticket without compensation.

8. Loss and Liability Tegernsee Phantastisch assumes no liability for the loss of digital tickets. Admission may only be granted if the buyer's identity can be clearly verified and the ticket has not yet been redeemed.

9. Final Provisions 9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. 9.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. 9.3 Tegernsee Phantastisch is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
